Every Teacup Yorkie puppy you purchase from us comes with a health guarantee valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers congenital or hereditary illnesses diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian.

If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition within this timeframe, please notify us immediately with proper veterinary documentation.

2. Return & Refund Conditions

• Returns and refunds are accepted only if the puppy’s health issue falls under our health guarantee terms.
• The buyer must notify us within 14 days of purchase and provide veterinary documentation.
• Puppies must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with all medical records and paperwork.
• Refunds exclude shipping, veterinary fees, and other incurred costs.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned puppy is evaluated by our veterinarian or a vet of our choosing.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be given for health issues arising after the 14-day guarantee period.
• No refunds for behavioral issues or incompatibility.
• No refunds if the puppy has been mistreated, neglected, or abused.
• Refunds are not provided if the buyer changes their mind after purchase.
